Biogasproduction Overview
For the biogas plant manufacturer WELTEC Biopower we put a review on biogas production and use of the opportunities around it. In most cases there are schematic representations which are not very appealing from the point of design. Therefore, we decided to develop a realistic representation including 3D arrows representing schematic elements. It was obvious to rely on an aerial photograph to illustrate the processing of biogas. In addition to the corn fields that were chosen as examples of delivery medium for biomass, two settlements and a public building needed to be modeled to visualize the flow of heat and gas. The biogas plant was still available from a previous job and could be reused. Only the power plant and the gas processing plant were modeled by us in addition.
The technical implementation was planned and implemented efficiently in the short time. All vegetation objects were automated distributed using the software Forest Pack Pro. The highly detailed vegetation inventory comes from our catalog. Due to the high target resolution for use in large scale print media the aerial image had to be very detailed on close-ups. In addition, the visualization can be later used from other perspectives to communicate a special part of the image. Even if it is an aerial close-ups even now could be remade without losing detail. As the renderer, we use again the proven Maxwell renderer.
